Advanced shipping features for Shop extension.

Features:

Send a shipping confirmation to the customer via email.
Conditional shipping-costs - for example for shipping cost free if basket-price is over 100 EUR, user with assigned group, order with VAT-ID and more.
WIP: Offer different shipping options.
This extension builds on EXT:shop and extends its features!
